BOOMAS is the combination of 2 separate words BOO and ChristMAS - stemming from the idea of putting together both the ghost element and the Christmas element into the Ghost of Christmas Past.
Interestingly, BOOMAS is also the word play on boomers - which represents the generation that were born during World War II, the old people whose time on Earth are limited now. As such, relating to the idea of ghost (BOO).
